2. Soft Skill Especially Communication.
   One of the main qualities that employ managers in it looking for these days is people's skills - also known as "soft skills." This shows the ability to work effectively with others. Soft skills that are well developed include communicating with other people through listening and clarifying, and carefully choose your words. It is also important to learn to empathize with others, develop conflict resolution strategies, and learning patience and tolerance.
   Also, research is a key element of working in the IT industry. Good research skills are very important for your success. In particular, you will want to develop the ability to plan effectively and learn how to handle data correctly. You will also want to follow the latest trends and threats that have the potential to damage your infrastructure. As a computer network analyst, I am constantly researching various ways to improve network connectivity, or investigate how problems arise to prevent them from happening in the future.
3. Make a well-organized resume.
   For your information, a well-written resume is the gateway to a career that develops in it. Written resumes will correctly highlight your experience and qualifications, and length and concise - the more detail, the better. Don't overestimate your abilities. If you make expectations that don't match, it can put you in a place as early as an interview. However, include the skills you know, and definitely add all the skills you master. 4. Never Stop Learning.
   One thing you will find when you start your career in it is that you will never know everything. There is so much to learn, and every day something new is developing. Stay on top of the industry trends and study the latest technology is very important for your success as IT professionals. You will never know when your boss or other leader in your organization will ask about new technology that develops - you must be at least familiar with him. This is a growing industry with many opportunities for success.
